Eco-Corflex Industrial Polymers
All Eco-Corflex products are the highest grade and quality of industrial polymers available on the market today. Some might view this as over kill but we view it as essential. Our goal and commitment is to provide you with the best combination of protection and beauty money can buy.
Classic (3-layer system)- This is a solid color floor finish. We start with a color primer and then add two color coats.
Deluxe (3 layer system)- This is a chip finish with no clear coat. We start with a color primer, followed by a color coat and then broadcast the PVA chips into the wet color coat in a medium to full spread. This serves as a decorative addition as well as a natural anti-skid element.
Premium (4-layer system)- This is a chip system with one clear coat. We start with a color primer and broadcast the PVA chips into the wet color coat in a medium to heavy spread. Followed by a clear coat.
Ultra (5-layer system)- This is a chip system with a full broadcast of PVA chips and two clear coats. We start with a color primer, add a color coat, then broadcast the PVA chips to completely cover the wet color coat and follow that with two clear coats.

| The base coat is designed to penetrate deeply and form a molecular bond to the concrete. This is the base or starting point of all of our coatings. This primer has no decorative value and is always followed by another coat of material(s) (there may be more than one primer coat). | The decorative coat is personalized for each customer. This is the final color seen on our Classic, Deluxe and Premium systems (there may be more than one color coat). When this color coat is used outdoors or exposed to sunlight uv rays, we incorporate a UV-stabilizer. | The chips are a UV-stable PVA material that is formed into different sized chips. The most common sizes are 1/8" and 1/4" however a variety of colors and sizes are available. These are the chips we use in all of our systems except the Classic (no chips) and Earth Effect (mica chips). | The clear coat enhances the shine and durability, protects underlying coats and includes the highest level of chemical and scratch resistance. When this clear coat is used outdoors or exposed to sunlight UV rays, we incorporate a UV-stabilizer. There may be more than one clear coat used. |

Liquid Art is a metallic coating technique that assures a one-of-a-kind finish that is revolutionizing the floor coating industry. Floors finished with the application are glass-like and smooth and have been described as having a hammered metal look or moon craters.
Earth Effects
Earth effects consists of chips made from Mica and is applied using the seven-layer mica system. Mica is a natural mineral flake that makes the flooring system glisten with natural crystalline beauty. This unique quality is derived from a group of sheet silicate minerals including muscovite, phlogopite, biotite and clintonite. These flakes provide a natural metallic luster to our Ultra flooring system that cannot be achieved with other engineered materials.
